Shipping

  • We process and ship your orders within 48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
  • We offer international shipping to select countries. We offer standard flat rate shipping to each region.
  • All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import taxes and customs duties are included in your order total.

Returns

We want you to love your Daniella pieces. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Email us at hello@daniellapuro.com to request return instructions and further details.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
